School ERPA Belagavi school replaced its Excel workbook: admissions, fees in cash and UPI, receipts shared by link, attendance and report cards. Staff use it daily on Android phones.

When is Excel enough, and when should it become an app?

Excel is enough for one person and simple lists. Move to an app when several people edit the same data, when mistakes cost money, when you need receipts or history, or when staff need to use it on a phone.

Can my formulas and price logic stay the same?

Yes. We rebuild them in the app and test every result against your sheet with your own data before go-live.

Should we use a no-code tool or a custom build?

No-code tools are fine for simple forms. When your sheet has real pricing rules, many users or printed documents like quotations and receipts, a custom build is usually cheaper to run and easier to change.

Can staff use it on cheap Android phones?

Yes. The school ERP above is used daily by teachers and office staff on everyday Android phones.

What happens to our old data?

We import it, compare totals with your sheet, and list anything that doesn't match for you to decide.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the sheet. The date is fixed in your quote.
