Odoo is an open-source ERP with modules for sales, inventory, accounting, HR, websites and more. It fits many organisations well, but only if it is set up for their process instead of a demo company.
Krira Digital implements and customises Odoo. We have set it up for a school, a hospital and a fashion retailer in Karnataka, and we build custom software when Odoo is the wrong fit.

Questions
How much does Odoo implementation cost in India?
It depends on the modules, users, customisation and data migration. We quote a fixed price after mapping your process with you, and tell you upfront whether Community (free licence) is enough or you need Enterprise.
Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Community has no licence fee and covers sales, inventory, purchase, invoicing and websites well. Enterprise adds features such as full accounting, studio customisation and the mobile app, for a yearly fee per user. Many small organisations start on Community.
What are the steps, and how long does it take?
Process mapping, setup, data migration, training and go-live. A single department can go live in weeks; a whole organisation takes longer. The date is fixed in your quote.
What usually goes wrong?
Two things: moving messy data without checking it, and trying to change the whole organisation at once. We check imported data against your old records and go live one department at a time.
Can you customise reports and modules?
Yes. Custom reports, fields, print layouts like receipts and report cards, and small modules for your own rules.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
No. We are an independent studio that implements and customises Odoo. Official Odoo Enterprise subscriptions are bought from Odoo directly.
