The starting point

PTP's range lived in a printed catalogue: dense size tables and figures for hundreds of model codes. The old website had about fifteen pages, so most model codes could not be found on Google, and buyers asked for drawings on the phone.

A page for every model

Each of the 1,432 model codes has its own page with the code, the size table, the drawing and an enquiry button. 94 family pages group them, and buying guides explain the standards buyers ask about.

Drawings that answer questions

We traced the drawings from PTP's own catalogue and checked them dimension by dimension. On the site, a buyer taps any dimension and it glows gold with its value.

1,416 of the 1,432 models have their own drawing. The few others show the catalogue photo, by choice.

A 3D view of the same model

The same model opens in a 3D viewer, so buyers can rotate it on a phone before they enquire. It loads only when opened, so pages stay fast.

Two smart tools
