Most Indian customers would rather get a WhatsApp message than an email. WhatsApp automation means your software sends those messages itself: a quotation the moment it is saved, a receipt after payment, a reminder before a due date.

Krira Digital connects websites, ERPs and Odoo to WhatsApp, using the official WhatsApp Business API where messages are sent automatically, and simple click-to-chat links where a person should stay in the loop.

Is WhatsApp automation free?

Click-to-chat links are free. Fully automatic messages need the WhatsApp Business API, where Meta charges per conversation or message depending on the type, and a provider may add a fee. Setting it up is a one-time job we quote for.

Can it work without the WhatsApp Business API?

Partly. Your software can prepare the message and PDF and open WhatsApp with it ready to send, so a person taps Send. Fully hands-free sending needs the Business API.

How do I automate quotations and reminders from my ERP or website?

We connect your ERP, Odoo or website to the Business API with approved message templates, so a quotation, receipt or reminder goes out when the matching event happens in your software.

Do I need a tool like WATI or Interakt?

Not always. Those tools are good for broadcasts and shared team inboxes. If you mainly need messages from your own software, a direct connection to the official API avoids another monthly subscription.

Will my number get banned?

Not if you use the official Business API with approved templates and only message people who contacted you or agreed to messages. Bulk sending from a normal WhatsApp number with unofficial tools is what gets numbers banned, and we don't do that.
