In India we build around UPI, 80G receipts, the income tax statement of donations and FCRA rules for foreign money. We also work remotely with charities in the US, UK and UAE, and with Indian NGOs whose supporters live there.

Questions
How much does an NGO website cost?
We quote a fixed price per project, in writing, based on your projects, donation options and reporting needs. Send a short brief about your organisation and we reply within one working day.
Is the website receipt the same as Form 10BE?
No. The website sends an instant receipt with your 80G details. The certificate donors use for the deduction comes from the income tax portal after you file the statement of donations: Forms 10BD and 10BE for donations up to March 2026, and Forms 113 and 114 under the Income-tax Act, 2025 after that. The statement is due by 31 May.
Do donors need to give their PAN?
Donors who want the tax deduction should, because your annual statement reports each donor with a PAN or another ID, and their certificate is issued against it. The form asks for PAN when a donor says they want the deduction, and keeps it optional for everyone else.
Can we accept donations from abroad?
Only if your NGO holds FCRA registration or prior permission, and foreign contributions must arrive in your FCRA account at SBI's New Delhi Main Branch. The site shows your FCRA status and sends foreign donors only to that account. Without FCRA, we switch foreign giving off. FCRA rules change, so confirm with your CA.
Can CSR partners see reports on the site?
Yes. Each CSR partner can get a private page with the projects they fund, dated progress updates, photos and the spending figures you enter. It saves building a fresh report every quarter, and your public CSR page can show your CSR-1 registration number.
Do you build NGO websites for clients in the US, UK or UAE?
Yes. We work remotely over video calls and WhatsApp, and pricing is on request. We build for local charities and for Indian NGOs with supporters abroad. Your regulator's rules apply, such as charity registration details in the UK or tax-exempt status in the US, and your trustees approve all wording.
