  • Due-date remindersGST and ITR dates sent to your clients
  • Built to ICAI guidelinesFactual service pages, no testimonials or fees
How smart tools work

Krira Digital builds websites for CA firms, practising chartered accountants and tax consultants. The public pages state who you are and what you do, as ICAI's guidelines allow, and a private portal collects client documents so your articles stop chasing them by phone.

In India we build around the GST and income tax calendar, WhatsApp reminders and invoices paid by UPI. We also work remotely with accountancy firms in the US, UK and UAE, where your own professional body's rules apply.

What a weak CA firm website costs you

Documents by WhatsApp photoBank statements and bills arrive as blurred photos across a dozen chats, and someone retypes them.
Deadline week chaosClients send papers on the last day because nobody reminded them in time.
A template that breaks the rulesGeneric themes come with testimonials, fee tables and banner ads, all of which ICAI's guidelines rule out.

Tools we build for CA firms

A checklist per clientSalaried, business or NRI: each client sees exactly which papers you still need this season.

A 1,432-model catalogue for PTP CNC Toolings

Our flagship build is for a precision tooling maker in Belagavi. Every model has its own page, an interactive drawing and a 3D view, and buyers find the right part with a selector.

Our flagship is a 1,432-model catalogue for PTP CNC Toolings, and the same structured records and Excel-to-app work behind it turn a CA firm's client register into a document portal and reminder system.

Questions

How much does a CA firm website cost?

We quote a fixed price per project, in writing, after a short call about your services and how many clients will use the portal. The public site and the portal are priced separately, so you can start with one.

What can a chartered accountant show on a website under ICAI rules?

ICAI's revised Code of Ethics, in force from 1 April 2026, allows your firm name, year of establishment, addresses, partners and their qualifications, peer review status, services, job vacancies and, with permission, client names. It rules out testimonials, fees charged and banner ads. We build to this list, and you confirm the final wording.

Can clients upload documents safely?

Yes. Each client gets their own login and sees only their own folder, which ICAI's guidelines specifically allow. Files travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted, you control which staff can open them, and clients can download filed returns and acknowledgements at any time.

Can we send GST and ITR reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes, to existing clients who opt in. Each message names the client's own return and due date and lists the papers you need. Nothing goes to people who are not your clients, so the reminders stay a service to clients rather than promotion of your firm.

Can we promote accounting and consultancy services more actively now?

ICAI's revised Code, in force from 1 April 2026, allows push promotion for services that are not exclusive to CAs, such as accounting and consultancy. Audit and other exclusive services stay pull-only, shown only to people who look for them. We keep the two clearly apart on your site, and you confirm the details with ICAI.

Do you build CA firm websites for clients in the US, UK or UAE?

Yes. We work remotely over video calls and WhatsApp, and pricing is on request. Accountancy firms abroad follow their own body's rules, such as the AICPA in the US or the ICAEW in the UK, so we build to your brief and your firm approves all wording.
