How smart tools work

Krira Digital builds websites for advocates, chambers and law firms: a factual profile of who you are and what you practise, and private tools for the clients you already have. The public side informs. The private side saves your clerk hours of phone calls.

In India we build around Bar Council of India Rule 36, with matter updates on WhatsApp and invoices paid by UPI. We also work remotely with firms in the US, UK and UAE, where your own bar or regulator's rules apply.

What a weak law firm website costs you

Template marketing copyReady-made themes add "best lawyer" claims, reviews and pop-ups that can read as advertising under Rule 36.
"What is my next date?"Clients call the office after every hearing, and your clerk answers the same question all day.
Papers in five placesSale deeds, notices and ID copies arrive as WhatsApp photos, emails and loose copies, and some go missing.

A 1,432-model catalogue for PTP CNC Toolings

Our flagship build is for a precision tooling maker in Belagavi. Every model has its own page, an interactive drawing and a 3D view, and buyers find the right part with a selector.

Our flagship is a 1,432-model catalogue for PTP CNC Toolings, and the logins, structured records and WhatsApp messaging behind it are the same building blocks a law office needs for a client portal and case updates.

Questions

How much does a law firm website cost?

We quote a fixed price per project, in writing, after a short call about your practice areas and the client tools you need. The profile site and any client portal are priced separately, so you can start small and add tools later.

Can advocates in India have a website at all?

Yes, within limits. Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules bars advertising and soliciting work, but a 2008 amendment lets advocates publish set particulars: name, contact details, enrolment details, qualifications and areas of practice, with a signed declaration that they are true. We build to that list. You confirm the final wording with your Bar Council. This is not legal advice.

Can we show client reviews, case wins or a success rate?

We leave them out. Testimonials, results and "top lawyer" claims read as advertising, and the Bar Council of India's social media circular of July 2026 repeats that advocates may not use social media for direct or indirect solicitation. Your site stays factual, and your reputation keeps travelling the way it always has, by word of mouth.

Is it safe for clients to upload documents?

Each client gets a private login and sees only their own matter. Files travel over HTTPS and are stored encrypted, nothing is shared through public links, and you decide who in the office can open what. It keeps sensitive papers out of personal WhatsApp chats and long email threads.

How do case updates on WhatsApp work?

After court, your clerk or junior updates the next hearing date and stage on one simple screen. The client gets a WhatsApp message with the court, the date and what happens next. Clients stop calling for dates, and you keep a dated record of every update sent.

Do you build law firm websites for clients in the US, UK or UAE?

Yes. We work remotely over video calls and WhatsApp, and pricing is on request. Your own regulator's rules apply, for example the SRA Transparency Rules in England and Wales or your state bar's advertising rules in the US, and your firm approves all wording before launch.
