Window and door quoting software that prices from your own price list
Your price matrix and formulas, turned into quoting software. Enter the sizes, get a priced quotation, send the PDF by WhatsApp or email, and print the cutting list from the same job.
What it does
- Your price listYour Excel rates and formulas, not a vendor's
- Quote as a PDFPrinted, emailed or sent on WhatsApp
- Cutting listFrom the same quote, no retyping
Most UK window and door firms quote in one of two ways: a fabrication package on a monthly licence, or an Excel sheet that one person understands. Krira Digital builds a third option: quoting software made from the price list and formulas you already use.
We have built this once, for a uPVC window fabricator in India. Staff type sizes as formulas, the software prices each item from the shop's own Excel rates, and the quotation goes out printed or as a PDF on WhatsApp. The same job then gives the cutting list and the invoice. The approach fits a UK firm's price list the same way; only the rates, products and paperwork change.
We are a small software studio in Belagavi, India, and we work with UK firms remotely during your working day.

Questions
What quoting software do UK window and door companies use?
Common choices are Framepoint from Tommy Trinder, Windowmaker, Business Micros and Evolution from Forterro. Many smaller installers still quote from an Excel sheet. Framepoint is listed at £120 to £550 a month plus VAT and Windowmaker from £99 per user per month (whito.co.uk, September 2026).
When is bespoke quoting software better than a monthly licence?
When your prices or options don't fit the package, when several people quote and each needs a licence, or when you want to own the system. At the published prices, five Windowmaker users cost at least £495 a month. A package is the better choice if you need its ready-made profile systems and machine links.
Can it price straight from our existing Excel price matrix and formulas?
Yes. That is where we start. We rebuild your rates and formulas, then check the software's price against your sheet for a set of your past jobs. The quotation ERP we built for a fabricator in India prices from that shop's own Excel rates in the same way.
Can it produce cutting lists and a materials list from the same quote?
Yes. The sizes are entered once, on the quote, and the cutting list and materials totals come from them. Nobody retypes a size, so a mistake on the quote can't creep into the workshop through a second copy.
Can the quote go to the customer as a PDF on WhatsApp or email?
Yes. The quotation is a PDF with your logo and terms, and VAT is shown as a line at the rate you set. Send it by email, print it, or send it on WhatsApp. See WhatsApp automation.
How does survey to order work on a tablet?
The software runs in a web browser, so a surveyor can enter sizes and options on a tablet or phone on site. The quote is priced there and then, and once the customer accepts it the same job becomes the order and the cutting list back at the factory.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
With a bespoke build there is no licence to stop. The code, the database and the hosting are in your company's name, so your quotes and customers stay yours. You only pay for hosting, and for us if you want changes or support.
How long does it take to set up?
It depends on how many product types you sell and how tidy the price list is. Most of the time goes into checking prices against your sheet. You get a fixed date in your quote.
